Last October we closed the first season with the enthusiastic entrepreneurs behind Beachclub Indigo. We had a taste for it, but actually wanted to achieve much more. We decided to double the number of applications in 2018. With blood, sweat and insanely motivated marketer, Beachclub Indigo gloriously achieved all goals.
In our first conversations at the Genius HQ it immediately became clear. Indigo needed an online quote tool that ensured that future guests had an experience that seamlessly matched the Beachclub itself. Cheerful, hippie the hipster, but above all very cozy. We decided to make a TypeForm and saved so many Euros in construction costs.
In the first season, 30 organizers found the tool every month. From company outings to bridezillas, they all put together their ideal day. The second year the emphasis shifted more to refining the tool, automating the quotation process and attracting new visitors.
Beach club Indigo is a typical company that steals your heart. The lovely people, the hospitality and the still impressive location. It is a mix that you will love and we noticed that in the number of applications.
Together with marketer Eva Wielwel and owner Michel Varkevisser, we mapped out the Rocket Roadmap for Indigo. The search terms were known as quickly and the goals clear. Main objective for year 2: double the number of applications.
Eva consistently wrote her blogs about the events on the beach and that resulted in her new top positions in Google. The traffic grew from 3,000 visitors to nearly 7,000, of which more than 60% came in on the predefined search terms.
Meanwhile, Beachclub Indigo scores well every month and Eva achieved all the goals for the 2018 season. An increase of 113% in the number of applications compared to a fantastic 2017 is the result of hard work and everyone can go to the Black Path be proud of.
In the meantime big hibernation is coming again, but we hope that Indigo will continue and can double again next year, because this great club deserves nothing less.
